Leadership

Northwest Gospel Church is led by a team of elders and deacons. Elders are men who shepherd and oversee the church. Some of them are full-time pastors, while others are non-vocational volunteer elders. Deacons are men and women who are leading servants in various areas of ministry. As with elders, some are full and part-time staff members, while others are volunteers.
