As a church staff, we see Ephesians 4 as our primary job description, “to equip the saints for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ.” As leaders at NGC, we are not primarily “doers” of ministry, but “equippers” of ministry. You should see this play out in every Ministerial and Pastoral role at Northwest Gospel Church.

The role of Associate Pastor is to contribute and contextualize the mission and vision of Summit View Church through Gospel-centered leadership over our Adult Ministries. This is by means of equipping and empowering those within the Westside community as a whole. This pastor will have a dynamic range of responsibilities, including but not limited to the following: develop and foster the spiritual development of adults at Summit View Westside, regular Sunday preaching, and assisting the Local Lead Pastor in the equipping of staff and volunteers.
